Labour conference: Delegates 'feel optimistic'

The BBC’s chief political correspondent Nick Eardley has reflected on the mood at the closing day of Labour's party conference in Liverpool.

In his address to delegates on Tuesday, the party's leader Sir Keir Starmer set out his vision for the UK, pledging to make the country a "green growth superpower".
